Our cleaning kit includes a cleaning cloth to gently wipe away any fingerprints and a brush custom made to perfectly fit the inside chamber. Use this brush to clean the inside of the mouthpiece with warm soapy water.
We recommend using our cleaning brush to ensure the inside chamber is thoroughly cleaned and doesn’t get clogged up with unwanted dirt or residue.
Please note: Our Mindful Breathing Necklaces are made from high quality stainless steel and have a long life, therefore, they will not discolour, fade or tarnish. You can also wear them in shower, however, we do not recommend them being in water for too long.
You can extend the life of your necklace simply by taking good care of it. Please ensure you take off your necklace before using any hairsprays, perfumes, or any other products.
Although water-resistant, it's best to avoid sea water and pool water, as salty water and chlorine could cause your necklace to lose its shine.

The Double Inhale Breathing Technique also known as a ‘Physiological Sigh’
THE TECHNIQUE:
Inhale through the nose twice followed by a slow, long exhale through the mouth.
HOW IT CAN HELP:
The double inhale breathing technique can help reduce stress and anxiety by reinflating the lung sacs and rapidly offloading carbon dioxide. This technique can also improve heart rate and oxygen levels.
How to use your Mindful Breathing Necklace:

1. Inhale through the nose: Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs.

2. Second, quick inhale: Immediately after the first inhale, take a second, shorter breath in through your nose, as if you’re trying to ‘sneak in’ a little more air.
3. Exhale through your Breathing Necklace: Place your lips around the end of the mouthpiece and slowly exhale through the chamber, fully emptying your lungs.
4. Repeat this 1-3 times.
