You can purchase our cleaning kit here. Our cleaning kit includes a cleaning cloth to gently wipe away any fingerprints and a brush to clean the inside of the mouthpiece with warm water. 

Alternatively, you can wash the mouthpiece with just warm water and clean with a dry cloth. However, we do recommend using our cleaning brush to ensure the inside chamber is thoroughly cleaned.

It has been scientifically proven by Stanford Neuroscientists that the 5-second breathing technique is the fastest way to reduce anxiety and stress. Taking two inhales and one long exhale reduces CO2 levels, slows your heart rate and leaves you feeling calmer, less tense and more focused.

This technique is called Double Inhale Breathing, also known as a 'Physiological Sigh'.

Inhale through the nose twice followed by a slow, long exhale through the mouth.

Our Mindful Breathing Necklaces are made from high quality stainless steel and have a long life, therefore, they will not discolour, fade or tarnish. You can also wear them in shower, however, we do not recommend them being in water for too long. 

You can extend the life of your necklace simply by taking good care of it. Please ensure you take off your necklace before using any hairsprays, perfumes, or any other products.

How to look after your Mindful Breathing Necklace:

- Keep away from perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, or any other similar products.  

- Although water-resistant, it's best to avoid sea water and pool water, as salty water and chlorine could cause your necklace to lose its shine.
